COMMON QUESTIONS
What kind of tech do you take?
Pretty much anything with a plug, battery, or chip — laptops, phones, cables, PCs, printers, old routers, you name it. If it once beeped, flashed, or charged… we’ll take it.
Is it really free?
Yep! Post and pickup are totally free. We only charge for full clearances or commercial loads — and even then, we keep it fair.
What happens to my data?
We wipe every device to government standards and provide proof if you need it. Your data never leaves our workshop. Ever.
What do you do with the stuff?
We reuse what works, recycle what doesn’t, and donate 10% of usable devices to people who need them. Nothing goes to landfill. Promise.
